
The Challenge
Establishing and promoting a new youth centeric lens brand and designing the right UX for the online store and the starter(trial) pack.
The Aim of the project was to work with the lenskart design team to create a flexible and intuitive journey to onboard first time lens users which subscribe them for the starter lens pack.
The Process
1.0 Research
The project already had a user journey planned in with specific steps that needed some tweaks. We started experimenting with different user flows in our secondary research, taking inspiration from other trial models to finalize our own.
2.0 Experience Design
We started the wire framing for the decided and finalized user journey. Keeping in mind the key problems.
1. Informative
2. Building Trust for the brand
3. Youth centeric
4. Mobile First
Using these key ideology we made drafts for the website for multiple platforms.


3.0 Conclusion
The UX was finalized as the design team started designing over the wireframes. The project had a great success of on-boarding more than 200,000 users and selling over 50,000 started packs in the initial stages.
